Chocolate Chocolate chunk cookies

 This recipe is perfect it makes a gooey cookie in the middle but keeps the traditional crunch on the outside.
This makes 15 cookies
Ingredients:
250g plain flour

50g cocoa powder
1tsp salt
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
225g unsalted butter
127g brown sugar
112g granulated sugar
200g chocolate chunks

Method:

1) Preheat your oven to 190c, and line 2 baking sheets with grease proof paper

2) Combine together the dry ingredients and set aside.

3) In a mixer bowl fitted with a paddle attachment, cream together the butter and both sugars.

4)Add the eggs and vanilla and mix together until all creamy and combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl to make sure everything is mixed well.

5) Add the dry ingredients and mix just to combine. Add the chocolate chips and mix just to distribute them through the batter.

6) Using a  ice cream scoop that’s the equivalent to 2tbsp, drop the cookie dough 4cm apart onto the lined baking sheet.

7)bake for about 15 minutes or until deeply golden on the bottom.

6) Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet then remove onto wire rack and cool completely.
